PROSPECTING & RECUITING

 

Prospecting is the ability to generate business by finding new clients and leads. It is an essential process that will have a direct and proportionate effect on your success within market America.

 

Possibility List: You are now going to create your Market America prospect list. In composing your list, follow these simple steps:
? Write down the names of as many prospects you know.  DO NOT PREJUDGE ANYBODY AT THIS POINT!
 

 

? Next, organize your prospects list into two categories: people who may interested in products, and people who may be interested in the business

 

? Now underline the ten best candidates in each category, and begin setting appointments, ask a business partner for assistance and training on how to approach the people on your list.

 

Part of the problem is, once we go through the list we feel lost.  Get out shake a hand and meet people.


We came up with  a great way to meet people, using ten beans in your pocket, make it an everyday activity to move those beans to the other pocket by meeting new people. In no time you well have a fresh new list of prospects, and a continuing new top ten list. It’s a good way to keep yourself accountable.
If we all practiced Elizabeth Weber’s 10-3-2 process our businesses would grow at an unbelievable rate.

 

This portion on the prospecting recruiting and sponsoring could actually be broken down into 3 separate training’s.  We need to get people in front of the plan. Every one of us has the ability and the desirer to succeed in Market America.

 

Learn to evaluate yourself on daily basis, if you find yourself slacking, pick up the phone and call a GO-NOW person in your organization. Get a pep talk and get the fire rebuilt.  And get back in the game.

 

Spring Training: Everyone should pull their play book out (The Market America Career Manual) and go over the play book. I want everyone to be on the All-Star Team. Not only do I want everyone to succeed COACH JR wants everyone to be a Star.  Trust me it takes team work, no one can have a successful season on their own. Hi, may I speak with (?????)? Hi (?????), my name is ____________.

 

You don’t know me personally but (NEW Distributor) asked me to give you a call. He/She thought you might be willing to help him/her out. Am I catching you at a good time?

 

The reason for my call is I’m in the Product Brokerage & Internet Marketing business and we’re working on a field development project in the (City) area. We’re looking for the right people to help organize it and develop a management team and it can mean an awful lot of money to them.

 

After describing to (NEW DISTRIBUTOR) what we are looking for, your name came up. (NEW DISTRIBUTOR) obviously spoke very highly of you. He/She says you are (INSERT QUALITIES) and you (INSERT INDUSTRY), is that true? Well, once (NEW DISTRIBUTOR) found out what we are doing your name came to mind as someone that may either have an interest in what we are doing, or at least know the right people and he wanted to give you one of the first opportunities to learn more about this concept and what I do.

 

(?????), what I would like to do is spend a few minutes with you on the phone a little later (or invite to Kick-Off) to give you a better idea of what we’re doing. Can you set aside 20-30 minutes to help us out?
